BIOLOGICS

Apply calmoseptine to the periwound. Cleanse the wound with wound cleanser, pat dry with gauze, and apply Vitastem and collagen on the wound bed. Cover with foam dressing 3x/weekly and cover with bordered gauze PRN.

VITASTEM

  • Wound Area Progression - Left Lower Posterior Arm
  • Treatment Order

Cleanse with wound cleanser. Pat dry with gauze. Apply Vitastem followed by plurogel (car stock) then oil emulsion, cover with a dry dressing then wrap with roll gauze, and secure with tape 3x/week and may use bordered gauze dressing if soiled or dislodged.
